Cancelled before the restaurant accepts
No charge. Online payments are refunded automatically within 3–5 working days.
Something wrong with your order
If an item is missing, wrong or not as described, contact support from the order page within 24 hours. We refund the affected items or the whole order where appropriate.
Late deliveries
If your order arrives more than 30 minutes after the latest time promised, we give you a voucher for your next order.
